I don’t have a problem with rules and regulations but I just wish it was written somewhere so I would know and not have my small business affected tremendously every time I get blocked from my own account. Things are not transparent and I have no idea of when I can and cannot follow new potential customers, send them messages or how many I am allowed to contact or send messages to. I am a single mom and struggling owner of a small business and Instagram continues to freeze my Instagram business account and not let me follow new potential customers even though I always chose the “tell us” if we made a mistake option.
